Middlebury College bans Wiki

The online bastion of information and sometimes misinformation, Wikipedia, is no longer allowed as a source for students at Vermont’s Middlebury College.
Yes, Wiki is a good place to start. After all, there are a bunch of references listed on the bottom of any listing. But because of its community nature, institutions of higher education are starting to refuse it as a viable source. I guess they’re afraid of Colbert-like attacks on Wiki.
